All of our items are custom-made to order, which means we need a little extra time to create something just for you. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a proof by email for you to approve within 24-48 hours.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and shipping. If we can turn it around sooner, we will! Once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info.

*Proof approval is required within one week of delivery. If no response is received within this time, Paperly reserves the right to proceed with production based on the selected template as shown on the website.
